A. BOARD OF TRUSTEES – The Board of Trustees is the highest policy making body of the School, vested with the responsibility of administering and managing the properties and affairs of the corporation. It is composed of at least five (5) members with the Roman Catholic Prelate of Isabela de Basilan as the chairman of the Board of Trustees.
The ordinary powers of the Board are the following:
• Develops and confirms Vision-Mission Statement and Core Values of the school;
• Creates policies through which the administration of the school is guided;
• Approves the salary increase, annual budget and determines policies of investment and other financial management matters;
• Approves school institutes, affiliates, and consortia;
• Confirms, upon the recommendation of the School President, the appointment of major officials of the school;
• Approves the Administrative and Employees Manual and the amendments thereto; and
• Approves the annual report of the external auditor.
B. ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL
The Administrative Council is headed by the School President and is composed of the College Deans, Principals, Finance Officer, Human Resource and Development Officer, Spiritual Director/ Campus Ministry Coordinator, Registrar and the Quality Assurance Officer. Other school officials may be included in the council as designated by the School President.
The main function of the Administrative Council is to serve as a consultative and coordinating body among the different units and offices of the school. The School President presides the regular meetings to present, discuss, evaluate, deliberate and dessiminate plans, informed decisions, programs and activities and policies.
